We appreciate your purchase with Nutfrusion.com. We stand by the quality of our products and aim to provide you with the best mixed fruits and nuts. Given the perishable nature of our offerings, please review our policy regarding returns and refunds.
Returns of Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery with a detailed description and photograph of the product condition. We will evaluate the issue and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
In the event that we determine a refund is appropriate, we will process it within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and for it to be reflected in your account.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide a detailed description and photograph of the issue to email@example.com. We will assess the situation and work swiftly to rectify it with a suitable replacement or refund.
If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return if the product is deemed defective or damaged. We will send a replacement or offer a refund to the original purchaser for the value of the item.
